Premiering 1 July 2009 and airing weekdays 6.30pm (WIB) / 7.30pm (SEA/PH) on Animax, supernatural action series Shakugan no Shana II follows schoolboy Yuji Sakai, along with his companion and otherworldly guardian Shana. Directed by Takashi Watanabe (Slayers), Shakugan no Shana II stars Rie Kugimiya, voice-actor of Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood protagonist Alphonse Elric, as the voice of Shana. The franchise’s popularity also saw an animated feature titled Shakugan no Shana – The Movie debut theatrically in 2007, and video games released for the Sony PlayStation 2 and Nintendo DS consoles. Every month, every week, even everyday you got to the Mall. In nowadays called Malling

Here for the right explanation:

mall·ing (môliŋ, mäl-)

noun

  1. the construction of indoor shopping malls: often used pejoratively, esp. by those who regard the proliferation of such malls as undesirable
  2. the act or an instance of shopping or spending time at a shopping mall
Yeah bcoz its our own habit to go to the Mall everytime.
Yet, I go to mall twice a month.

All About Swine Flu

People keep talkin about SWINE FLU, at the first time I watch d news about it, i totally shocked, Swine got a FLU too? LOL
but after watching, hearing, searching information about this kinda flu,
i totally understand that its not a joke

here, i got an Information from BBC news
(bcoz i now about swine flu at d first time in there xD)

Q&A Swine Flu

Cases of swine flu, which has killed at least two people, have been confirmed around the world. With experts scrambling to develop a vaccine, there is concern at the potential for a pandemic affecting millions of people.

What is swine flu?

Swine flu is a respiratory disease, caused by influenza type A which infects pigs.

There are many types, and the infection is constantly changing.

Until now it has not normally infected humans, but the latest form clearly does, and can be spread from person to person - probably through coughing and sneezing.

What is new about this type of swine flu?

The World Health Organization has confirmed that at least some of the human cases are a never-before-seen version of the H1N1 strain of influenza type A.

How dangerous is it?

Symptoms of swine flu in humans appear to be similar to those produced by standard, seasonal flu.

These include fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, chills and fatigue.

It is worth remembering that seasonal flu often poses a serious threat to public health: each year it kills 250,000 - 500,000 around the world.

So far, most cases of swine flu around the world appear to be mild, albeit with diarrhoea more common than it is with seasonal flu.

But lives have been lost in Mexico, and two deaths of people with swine flu have been confirmed in the US.

How worried should people be?

When any new strain of flu emerges that acquires the ability to pass from person to person, it is monitored very closely in case it has the potential to spark a global epidemic, or pandemic.

Can the virus be contained?

The virus appears already to have started to spread around the world, and most experts believe that, in the era of readily available air travel, containment will be extremely difficult.

The World Health Organization says that restricting flights will have little effect. It argues that screening of passengers is also unlikely to have much impact, as symptoms may not be apparent in many infected people.

Can it be treated?

The US authorities say that two drugs commonly used to treat flu, Tamiflu and Relenza, seem to be effective at treating cases that have occurred there so far. However, the drugs must be administered at an early stage to be effective.

Use of these drugs may also make it less likely that infected people will pass the virus on to others.

The UK Government already has a stockpile of Tamiflu, ordered as a precaution against a pandemic.

However, there is concern that if too many people start taking anti-virals as a precaution, it could raise the risk of the virus developing resistance, reducing the drugs' effectiveness.

What about a vaccine?

It is unclear how effective currently available flu vaccines would be at offering protection against the new strain, as it is genetically distinct from other flu strains.

A new bespoke vaccine is being worked on by scientists in the UK and the US, but it may take months to perfect it, and manufacture enough supplies to meet what could be huge demand.

A vaccine was used to protect humans from a version of swine flu in the US in 1976.

However, it caused serious side effects, including an estimated 500 cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome. There were more deaths from the vaccine than the outbreak.

What should I do to stay safe?

Anyone with flu-like symptoms who might have been in contact with the swine virus - such as those living or travelling in the areas of Mexico that have been affected - should seek medical advice.

But patients are being asked not to go into GP surgeries in order to minimise the risk of spreading the disease to others. Instead, they should stay at home and call their healthcare provider for advice.

Countries around the world have taken varying measures but are mostly stepping up monitoring and issuing advice about travel to Mexico.

In the UK, the Foreign Office is advising against all but essential travel to Mexico.

What measures can I take to prevent infection?

Avoid close contact with people who appear unwell and who have fever and cough.

General infection control practices and good hygiene can help to reduce transmission of all viruses, including the human swine influenza. This includes covering your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing, using a tissue when possible and disposing of it promptly.

It is also important to wash your hands frequently with soap and water to reduce the spread of the virus from your hands to face or to other people and cleaning hard surfaces like door handles frequently using a normal cleaning product.

If caring for someone with a flu-like illness, a mask may be worn to cover the nose and mouth to reduce the risk of transmission. The UK is looking at increasing its stockpile of masks for healthcare workers for this reason.

In Mexico masks have been handed out to the general public, but experts are sceptical about how useful this is.

May it take some time for a pandemic to strike?

Possibly. The flu virus tends to thrive in cooler conditions, and to struggle in warmer weather.

The initial cases have developed right at the tail end of the winter flu season in the northern hemisphere, so it is possible that the number of infections may only begin to accelerate once the weather turns colder in the autumn.

However, the southern hemisphere is about to enter its winter season and it is possible that the virus will take hold there first.

Is it safe to eat pig meat? (for you christians)

Yes. There is no evidence that swine flu can be transmitted through eating meat from infected animals.

However, it is essential to cook meat properly. A temperature of 70C (158F) would be sure to kill the virus.

Experts are also stressing that this is now a disease which is being passed between people.

The World Organisation for Animal Health said culling pigs, as Egypt has proposed, was therefore "inappropriate" as a measure to stop swine flu spreading.

It added there was no evidence of infection in pigs, nor of humans acquiring infection directly from pigs.

***

SWINE FLU - THE BASICS
-Symptoms usually similar to seasonal flu - but deaths recorded in Mexico
-It is a new version of the H1N1 strain which caused the 1918 flu pandemic
-Too early to say whether it will lead to a pandemic
-Current treatments do work, but there is no vaccine
-Good personal hygiene, such as washing hands, covering nose when sneezing advised

All About Your Laziness

Lazy --> Unwilling to do work

laziness (also called indolence) or quality of being lazy is a disinclination to activity or exertion despite having the ability to do so. It is often used as a pejorative. Chronic laziness may be an underlying psychological condition.

Feelings of laziness may be a symptom of clinical depression or listlessness

clinical depression:

is a mental disorder characterized by an all-encompassing low mood accompanied by low self-esteem, and loss of interest or pleasure in normally enjoyable activities. The term "major depressive disorder" was selected by the American Psychiatric Association to designate this symptom cluster as a mood disorder in the 1980 version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-III) classification, and has become widely used since. The general term depression is often used to describe the disorder, but as it is also used to describe a more temporarily depressed state of mind, more precise terminology is preferred for the disorder in clinical and research use. Major depression is a disabling condition which adversely affects a person's family, work or school life, sleeping and eating habits, and general health. In the United States, approximately 3.4% of people with major depression commit suicide, and up to 60% of all people who commit suicide have depression or another mood disorder.

or the easy way is --> a bad mood

How we Avoid Laziness?

This is 11 tips to avoid laziness:

Rest is important for productivity.
Trying to work straight without recovering your energies leads to a wandering attention, procrastination and, in extreme cases, death. But when does “recovering your energies” just become an excuse to waste time? How do you draw the line between constructive rest and laziness?

I don’t believe this question has an easy answer.

The most productive people I know have a high quitting point. They can put in extra energy to get big projects complete when most people would give up. At the same time, trying to work non-stop can defeat itself if you need an injection of caffeine just to keep your eyes open.

* * Signs You Should Be Taking a Break* *

Instead of a strict rule to define what are useful breaks and what are just excuses to procrastinate, I prefer a few guidelines. These can’t be perfect all the time, but by using them as a mental checklist you can ask yourself whether you are best off continuing work or taking a breather.

Here are some signs you should take a break and recover your energies:

1. You’ve just finished a major task
I’m against breaking in-between work. That breaks the flow of concentration that would otherwise be helpful in completing a task. Once you’ve completed a big task (writing an essay, emptying your inbox, etc.) giving yourself a few minutes to rest can be useful.

2. You’ve been working hard
Look back at the last few days. Ask yourself whether you have been more or less productive than your average. Taking a day off after several highly productive days can be useful. But resting after three days of accomplishing nothing will probably only make your procrastination worse.

3. You need to switch gears
I often write several articles at once, but I usually take a small break in-between. Taking a break during a task is wasteful because you interrupt the natural thinking flow of work. But if you need to start a new task, you may have to interrupt that flow anyways. Look for logical breaks in your work to plan out rest times.

* * Tips for Productive Rest* *

The more habitual you can make your resting strategy, the less you need to rely on willpower to keep working. It will be an automatic strategy to stay focused. Here are a few more guidelines you can use when trying to decide whether you need a break:

4. Plan Daily and Weekly Goals
The best method to avoid burnout and laziness is by using a quota. Simply set for yourself all the tasks you want to accomplish in the week and day. When these tasks are done, you can use any time left over to rest.

5. Keep Work and Play Separate
Although I’m not perfect in application, I strive to follow the “work hard, play hard” mantra. This means that when you allocate time for working on big projects, you focus entirely on that for a set period of time. The time you have remaining is yours to use however you like. This removes the guilt during rest periods and urge to procrastinate during work periods.

6. Keep a Varied Lifestyle
Focusing all of your energies onto just one task can be useful, for a short time. But having diversified interests can keep you emotionally balanced and your energies high. If work is your only pursuit, it can be easy to burnout. Having other hobbies, social activities and interests to occupy your time can be helpful in staying productive while resting.

7. Have “Lazy” Days
I put “lazy” in quotations because the end result is often the opposite. Having days where you try to do things as slowly as possible can keep you focused on the days when tasks threaten to overwhelm you.

8. The 20% Rule
Not to be confused with the 80/20 Rule, this is a rule that is useful for building self-discipline or overcoming your fears. Put simply, the 20% rule states that you notice when you first feel a strong urge to give up. You then commit to go 20% further before taking a long break. This helps smooth over temporary feelings of laziness and builds your internal discipline.

9. Have a Motivation Refuel
Physical fatigue isn’t the only threat to your energy. Emotional fatigue in the form of rejections, disappointments or making mistakes can all dampen your motivation. Having a motivation refuel means having a day, hour or even a few minutes where you go over your goals, listen to motivational tapes, meditate or do whatever will recharge your drive.

10. Don’t Rely on Substances
I don’t drink coffee. Occasionally I’ll drink caffeinated tea, but never as a performance drug. Yet, I see many people who rely on their triple-espresso as a crutch to just get through the day.

This isn’t a lecture about heath consequences, but about productivity. Your body can’t maintain an artificial source of energy, so if you constantly use stimulants to keep yourself going, you’ll lose the natural ability to tell what your energy levels are. Try going without caffeine for a month (or cut back your usage or switch to teas) and see what effect it has.

11. Productivity Benchmarks
Monitor how much work you can do over an average day, week or month. This sets a productivity benchmark that can allow you to decide where to set hourly, daily and weekly goals. By lining up your quotas with a productivity benchmark, you can avoid feeling guilty about taking a rest when you truly need one.

You CAN overcome laziness without becoming a workaholic. All it takes is organization, self control and a bit of motivation.

How bout you guys? What your effort to avoid laziness?

English

Smash the final glass to bits,
kick out the familiar landscape
And jump clear of the daily grind
where the world revolves in reverse

No matter where I face,
I feel your shadow adjacent to mine
I chase after it in a trance,
but I won't fulfill my ideal

Hope and an inferiority complex flow about inside me;
one day, they'll change into terror

Even when the anxiety you keep pushing
aside gives rise to agony again
And it's so painful you just want to run away,
you're never alone

The wind that gently wraps me up fights;
fantasies mix with courage and change into reality

Smash the final glass to bits,
kick out the familiar landscape
And jump clear of the daily grind
where the world revolves in reverse
He won't let anyone negate the existence
of your own body and all that entails
The nameless hero who couldn't even fly
will entrance the world

A moment's worth of glory,
where honor and status won't turn to dust
It's so absurd to make mountains out of molehills

I'm not afraid of being charged with the sin
of finding someone dear & forcing my will on her

Protect the light you believed in to the end;
don't you want an ideal world?
Feel a reality that seems to go beyond lies and fight
He won't let anyone negate the existence of your
own body and all that entails
The nameless hero who couldn't even fly
will entrance the world

Smash the final glass to bits,
kick out the familiar landscape
And next time the world revolves in reverse,
I'll give it to you

Protect the light you believed in to the end;
don't you want an ideal world?
Feel a reality that seems to go beyond lies and fight
He won't let anyone negate the existence
of your own body and all that entails
The nameless hero who couldn't even fly
will get a name for himself
